HEC-HDPD - Human Ecology, Nutrition and Dietetics Concentration, B.S.H.E.

The Nutrition and Dietetics concentration is an accredited dietetic curriculum which prepares students to be eligible to enter a supervised practice program: part of the process to becoming a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN). Registered Dietitian/Nutritionists work in health care, community health agencies, sports nutrition, research and food management.

As part of the requirements for successfully completing the Didactic Program in Dietetics and to receive a Verification Statement: a minimum grade of C is required in all Science courses. See www.tntech.edu/hec for more details in the DPD Student Handbook.
